Event Details
Alan Daugherty will be giving a presentation about his new book "Craigville, Indiana." Book signing will follow the event, which has been printed courtesy of AdamsWells Internet Telecom. The 398-page book is heavily illustrated with photos dating back to the 1800s.
"Craigville, Indiana, originated from a train depot station desire from an early narrow-gauge railroad. Farmland became town lots that had previously been owned by a man and his daughter's spouse. The author is a descendant of that pioneer. Locals associated with churches of Christian Union, United Brethren, and Apostolic Christian, were determined to make the town their home..."
The Wells County Historical Society will receive 100 percent of the sales revenue from book sales.
